Five El Segundo High School Students have earned first place in the 2024 Herndon Science Competition. Volodymyr Drobiazko, Quinn Gregory, Conrad Hoffman, Michal Sochur, and Daniel Tritasavit received this prestigious competition’s top prize for their creation of a VLEO (very low Earth orbit) satellite. Congratulations to our brilliant ESHS students! 🏆✨ Volodymyr Drobiazko, Quinn Gregory, Conrad Hoffman, Michal Sochur, and Daniel Tritasavit earned first place in the 2024 Herndon Science Competition. The team created a working prototype of a very low Earth orbit (VELO) satellite. We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication!
