For National School Lunch Week the Food Services Department did a taste test of a new salad and let students vote whether they liked it! The cucumber, jicama, and tomato salad was a hit and will be a regular item on the lunch menu starting next week. Thank you to our PTA volunteers who helped make this possible!

Outdoors provides the best space for gross motor activities in preschool! Large muscle movement and refinement takes space and sometimes heavy pieces to move, lift, stack and build. ESHS Varsity Boys Basketball Coach Scott Martin was recently honored as CIF Division 5AA Coach of the Year by the Southern California Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association (SCIBCA)! 🏀 Coach Martin led the Eagles to a successful season that included the third most wins in program history, only the team's second Pioneer League Championship in 20 years, and their first CIF Championship Game appearance in 22 years.
