At the El Segundo Unified School District (ESUSD) Board of Education meeting on February 12, 2019, the Board appointed Dr. Melissa Gooden as the new principal for El Segundo High School. Since November 26, 2018, Gooden has served as the Acting Principal for El Segundo High School.
