El Segundo Unified School District offers residents of El Segundo the opportunity to choose where they would like their grades TK-5 children to attend school within the District, based on space availability.
Parents wishing to continue in their home school need not take any action.
Parents interested in participating in this program for the 2022-2023 school year or those not granted permanent status at their school of choice last year must complete an application during the week of Monday, May 2nd through Friday, May 6, 2022 ONLY.
For those new resident families enrolling for the 2022-2023 school year that wish to apply, you will need to complete all required student enrollment paperwork for your home school prior to applying for your school of choice. Upon confirmation of approval, any transfer of paperwork will be handled through the school sites.
