Behavioral Supports

The El Segundo Unified School District recognizes the importance of developing student sense of belonging, fostering meaningful relationships, and honoring the whole child in his or her development.  Schools set high expectations for behavior, and utilize their positive behavior support matrices to determine appropriate consequences and necessary supports when transgressions are made.  Schools employ restorative practices to repair harm from conflict and use "The Blueprint" anchor tool from the RULER program as a guide.
Schools implement the districtwide bullying policy, and utilize the behavior matrices linked below to respond to disciplinary incidents.  The district partners with WeTip for anonymous reporting.  To make an anonymous report, please use this link - WeTip: See Something, Say Something
