The ESUSD Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee recently published its 2019-2020 Annual Report, for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
Within this report is the independent audit for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, performed by the firm of Christy White, Inc. The committee examined and reviewed this audit, the results of which are contained in the Annual Report.
The sole responsibility of the Measure ES Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee is to ensure that the General Obligation Bond funds are used in accordance with the intentions of the voters. This includes reviewing and reporting on the proper expenditure of the funds for the ESUSD school facilities projects as outlined under Measure ES.
ESUSD school sites are improving and changing, thanks to funds from the 2018 Measure ES general obligation bond. The Annual Report includes a list of construction and renovation projects either in progress or completed during 2019-2020.
