The El Segundo Unified School District prides itself in top-quality child care provided through The Learning Connection (TLC). Open to students enrolled at the district’s elementary schools, TLC is a fee-based before and after school child care program taught by qualified ESUSD employees who emphasize positive social interactions.
The program is located on both the Richmond Street and Center Street Elementary School campuses during the school year. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5:55 p.m. Monday through Friday

TLC credit card payments are now available through the MySchoolBucks program. If you don't have a cafeteria account please create your new account: MySchoolBucks Sign Up
This is the same service that has been available to pay for school lunches so you will see choices at the top of the page: Home, Meal Accounts and Student Store. You can set up your student information in the Student Store - you can select the TLC logo and you will need to enter the amount you want to pay TLC with your credit card. This allows families to use multiple payment choices. This is also a good emergency option to pay by the 15th and avoid a late payment charge.
There is a service fee of 3.95% charged to you for each transaction that will be added to the "shopping cart" prior to payment.
TLC 2017-18 School Year Registration:
Capacity has been reached at all grade levels, so don't submit your $50 Registration Fee until the director gives you confirmation of space. You will have 48 hours to turn in the fee and confirm at that time.
Open enrollment registration forms are currently being accepted for the waitlist. You will be contacted regarding your waitlist situation.

The State of California requires updated registration for each child, so please submit the on-line application for each child enrolling in the TLC Program.
